PaulOriginally licensed in 1989, I embarked on a career in real estate in the early 1990s after a working in the residential and commercial construction industry in San Diego for 7 years.

I began my first year in real estate doing a short stint in residential property management. I quickly discovered my passion was geared more towards the real estate sales end of the industry.

In 1994, I went to work for a top producing Real Estate Broker in Encinitas.  I soon found myself managing the day to day details of an extremely busy and successful real estate sales business.  In 1997-98, I moved on to a similar opportunity in Rancho Santa Fe doing same (managing the marketing, listings, showings, contracts, and transaction coordination) for two of the top Brokers in San Diego County.  Once I gained the valuable first hand working knowledge of the always changing dynamics of the real estate sales business, I hit the pavement on my own.  It was 1999 and with the  local real estate market growing rapidly, I was excited to put the experience and skills acquired during those prior 5 years to work.

Having personally sold and/or supervised upwards of 300 real estate transactions I enjoy the fast paced nature that the real estate business offers.  Through the years of experience I have gained the innate tools to put together even the most complex and difficult deals.   Building strong relationships with integrity and trust is my personal philosophy.  I believe this is critical in getting to the finish line successfully in even the most difficult transactions.  Many of my clients have become both repeat customers and trusted friends.

My wife April & I are raising two young children and live in Encinitas.  April is a Structural and Civil Engineer currently working  for a National home builder in Land Planning and Project Management.
